Eucalan is now in it's 20th year of business and is a family-run Canadian company.

Eucalan manufactures an eco-conscious laundry product that is a No Rinse Delicate Wash. This 'rinse and spin' formula is scented with essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender, grapefruit and is also available in natural (unscented). By hand or by machine this lanolin enriched concentrate provides natural conditioning and static protection to fibres, while it gently cleans. Perfect for all delicates like lingerie, hosiery, swim and workout wear, cashmere and woolen knitwear, silk shirts and hand made items.

All prices are quoted in the store are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax at the current rate of 15%. Customers purchasing from the UK or EU will be charged VAT at 15%.

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that your selected product is not in stock we will put on back order for you. You can then expect a short delay in shipment while the said items come into our stock

Shipping

We ship all our orders within the UK up to a weight of 2 kgs, First Class by Royal Mail. Shipping costs to the UK are included in the advertised price. We would generally send all orders out on a Recorded delivery service which is a guarantee both for you the customer and us the shipper. The cost for this is an extra £0.72 per shipment.

Any order weighing over 2 kgs will be sent by Parcelforce on a 48 hour delivery.

United Kingdom ~ 2 to 5 days
European Union by airmail ~ 5 to 8 days
Rest of the world by airmail ~ 5 to 8 days

Ordering

There are three options available to you:

1. Debit or credit card ordering on-line
The easiest and perhaps the most convenient way to pay using a debit or credit card. We do offer an integrated card payment facility that is very secure and is known to have one of the best fraud protection programmes.

2. By cheque

We accept cheques or postal orders. Please note however that if you choose this option we will be unable to send out your order until the funds have been cleared in our bank

3. By telephone

If you do not want to order on-line we can take your order over the telephone and accept most credit and debit cards.
